Octavia Hammond

 Octavia Hammond was born and raised in Washington, DC. She is a self made educator. This approach sparked her interest in educating others. She began as a substitute teacher within the  DCPS school system.

Octavia would develop her skills as a substitute teacher by studying for and completing the  PRAXIS exam. Subs
